I fell in love with mousse desserts pretty quickly. 
Not only are they very pleasing to the eye, they’re also full of surprises. There are so many different textures and flavours hidden in one small dessert.

A few months ago I was looking through my hard drive and found some photos of the first mousse and tart dessert I’ve ever tried. Every time I went back to that coffee shop, I wondered how they managed to make them all look so pretty. At the time I definitely didn't think I would be able to create anything similar at home. Until one day, a few years after that, I found a recipe which opened my eyes and heart to the possibility of it and the rest is history… 

The other day I found some old photos of those first desserts I’ve tried and looking at them now made me realise how far I’ve come since then. And now I want the same for you. I want you to be able to learn how to make these desserts yourself. I hope it will make you more confident and eager to experiment. I hope it will open your eyes to new possibilities, but most importantly I would like you to be proud of yourself. For starting, learning and following your passion.
